Job Summary
In order to make life sound better for our customers, the Composite Production Crew member will work in both a team and individual capacity to create products according to manufacturing orders and bills of material (BOMs) in a timely and efficient manner with attention to quality and throughput.

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
Salary Range
$12.00-14.00/hour
Duties/Responsibilities
- Timely and accurately process manufacturing orders
- Follow precise instructions
- Track and accurately record inventory, accounting for scrap
- Smooth surfaces of objects or equipment
- Place materials into molds
- Apply parting agents or other solutions to molds
- Mix substances to create chemical solutions
- Measure dimensions of completed products or workpieces to verify conformance to specifications
- Inspect production equipment
- Clean production equipment
- Select production input materials
- Load items into ovens
- Apply adhesives to construction materials
- Trim excess material from workpieces
- Build production molds (Lead)
- Repair parts or assemblies (Lead)

- Ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- A year of related experience a plus
- Previous 12-volt experience a plus
Physical Requirements
- Able to see details at close range
- Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift 75-100 lbs
